Wifi problem

Hi I just bought a new tab and it has wifi problem,the wifi shows but whenever I click it to enter the pass it disappears in my other tab its working properly it's not my own net it's our neighbours so I tried to connect in their house it's shows but when I enter pass it says not in range or just disappears.one day when the tablet screen was off I just immediately turned it on the wifi was connected but after 8second it says not in range
Any know how to solve this?

I have taken permision from them , I can easily connect from other device

The signals might be weak, or some Wi-Fi routers has device limits to discourage excess or unauthorized connectivity. Try some range extender and see if it works.

Wifi signals arent weak there are 4 wifi signal and can u tell me how to range extend?
