Wifi problems

Right, So I got my nexus around 2 weeks ago, I also purchased a TP Link wireless home plug to get wifi in my room since the walls are thick and I can't move the router. Everything was working fine after hours of tedious fiddling, then I went of for the weekend and took my nexus with me, Noticed I had a software update to 4.2.1. Which I did, on the bus journey. I came home today to find that I can no longer connect to my home plug.. Is this the software update? I mean there isn't anything else that's changed other than that. Any suggestions? Starting to get annoyed at the lack of internet in my room

Have you tried rebooting your home plug or main router? Forget the network on your Nexus 7, unplug both the home plug and main router, then plug them back in, and then try to reestablish the connection.
