WiFi Tether (non root) to SGT7+

Anyone have a good app that will run from an Android phone (non root) and allow WiFi tethering to the 7 Plus?

Don't want to spend the $$ for the 3G Hotpot add-on with Verizon if I don't have to.

Trying to avoid rooting an HTC Merge if I don't have to.

Running FoxFi on a non-rooted Droid Razr. Works well for both my SGT7+ and my laptop. Works great!

schlak: Just tethered my Galaxy tab 7+ to my Optimus V phone by installing "Quick Settings" on my phone.

It works great for me! You can get it in the appstore. My OV is rooted, but the info said nothing about requiring root.

Setup is easy, just go into "Settings", after opening program. Took me less than 15 min.
