Wifi will connect, but won't work after update. Please Help!

Before the update I could connect to my home wifi and it would work great on my Thunderbolt. I could use my MLB app to watch Cardinals games flawlessly. Everything worked like it was supposed to. Since the update My phone will connect to my wifi at home, but it acts like there isn't any internet connected to it. Nothing loads or works. I have tried everything, did battery pulls, forgot and re-found connection, unplugged my internet and router, made sure other things worked. They do! my wife's iphone, my PS3 and laptop all work fine. My phone will only work correctly now with open networks like the one at work that I use or last night at the Elks lodge it worked, I could stream baseball. Went home, turned on wifi, it connected to my home wifi, but nothing like no internet connection, nothing works, updates or loads. I have WEP on my router, but like I said before. I did before this update also and it worked fine. Does anyone have any ideas that can help me out. This is driving me crazy, well this and all the random reboots I also get since the update. Please help.:'(
