Wifi will start recording everything that’s displayed on the screen

[Android Central Question]

I m getting pop ups over my phone screen showing that wifi will start capturing everything that’s displayed on your screen .
It give me two options either cancel or start now , i have clicked on start now and now it’s feel like that i have been hacked

Are you positive that's what it's saying? WiFi, in itself, does not record screens. You have some app that's causing that to pop up, we call this 'malware'. Can you capture a screenshot of it and share it in this thread? You'll need to join as a member to reply to this thread as well as to post a screenshot. Welcome to Android Central! That's not necessarily the case. It could be a browser popup made up to look like an app notification, designed to scare the user into tapping a link and unwittingly installing something else that's malicious. That's why we asked for a screenshot.

Also, "wi-fi" would have nothing to do with capturing anything on your screen. Wi-fi is how you connect to the network -- it's not an app.
