Has anyone else experienced the wifi turning itself on when you have turned it off?

No I've had connection issues were it won't connect and needs to be turned off then back on to work. The first phone had issues turning on wifi it would bounce between on and off for a few minutes then turn on

Mine turns itself on even when I turn it off.

yeah thats odd mine did the oppisit but it would eventually turn on and connect but that was the previous phone now the worse i have is it not wanting to connect

I'm thinking I might do a reset on the phone and start over. It could be an application.

could be factory reset is always worth a try when your dealing with odd bugs
