I'm looking for a prebuilt leather cover that includes the wireless charging Qi sticker,
I've found one on Ebay for the H815/H811 will this work on my US Verizon phone (vS986)?
I'm not sure what 'info' the NFC holds and if there would be a conflict, or if there is a antenna issue.
I did some searching but couldn't find a direct answer, thank you in advance.

There are quite a few of them on Amazon as well.

I bought the standard leather back from LG during the BOGO sale and replaced the NFC only sticker with a Quick Charge / NFC sticker from Amazon.com and it has worked perfectly. I have the Verizon model of the LG G4.

Amazon.com: NeWisdom® [Upgraded V2.0 Ultra Slim]LG G4 Qi Wireless charging IC Chip+NFC Antenna Sticker for LG G4 H815 US Cellular T-mobile H811 Verzion VS986 Sprint LS991 Korean Version F500 Battery back door cover or G4 flip case ,not support H810

I also have the Verizon model. I tried a replacement sticker from Amazon on two separate occassions. The first wouldn't charge at all. The second increased the temp of my phone far above what is normal for this phone (which already seems to run hotter than others I've had a good deal of the time).

I've said before that if those stickers weren't as cheap as they are I may have tinkered with them more, but in both cases I ripped them off and tossed them.

So, results vary.

I really am surprised that LG itself doesn't see the benefit in selling OEM replacement backs with Qi charging ready to go.

I don't think you'd have a problem with any of the G4 variants. Per my prior post, it may or may not work properly (though I'd expect it was tested in a pre-installed situation), but I don't think that has anything to do with the specific G4 model number/carrier.

Hopefully someone will correct me if needed.
