Will a device made for international use still work with my us sprint smart phone?

Looking to purchase a gear s2 from ebay. The description, however, says it's an international device not made for us use. Will this still sync with my phone? I have sprint.

Most likely you could sync it to your phone via blutooth and wifi, but not be able to activate it if it does come with 3G service
