Will all Sprints have a working display tomorrow?

I'm interested in playing with the thing before I preorder. Will Sprint have working handsets instore to play with even if they don't have any actual inventory to sell? (Never looked at a phone the day it was released. Not sure of how this works since there's not expected to be any for sale inventory).
