Will android pay work if Note 4 is in an Otter case?

I have a Samsung Note 4 that I keep in an Otter case 24/7. Will the Android Pay app work if my Note 4 is in the case?

It should. Most cases won't block nfc which is what makes android pay work.

I use a Dztronic TPU case and it works fine. I think otter case may be a little thicker but it should work.

Yup. I use one of those thick double layered Otterbox-like cases for work and Android Pay works fine when I stop at Walgreen's on the way home.
