Will Asurion replace the phone they just sent me for free if I cracked the screen?

I just got my new phone from Asurion and had it in my back pocket, Forgetting it was there, I sat on the couch and when I pulled it out the screen was cracked. I only weigh 110 and my couch is down filled! I have only had my replacement phone for a couple days. Do you think they will make me pay another $99 to replace my phone again? I have sat on my phones before and never cracked the screen. I'm wondering if this had a defect or something.

Welcome to Android Central! I think you'll have to pay the deductible again. If you sat on it, you won't be able to claim manufacturer's defect. And I think Asurion limits the number of replacements you can get within a certain time period, doesn't it?

While all phones do come with a 1 year limited warranty, physical damage does void the warranty. However, if eligible you can still file another claim for your device.
