Will Att unlock my HTC one?

I think they unlock for customers in good standing. It doesn't hurt to try. Maybe just try being straight with them and if that doesn't work, hang up and call back and tell the next person that you'll be traveling out of the country and blah blah blah and wanted to know if they could unlock it for you. Make sure you let them know you've been a good customer (if you have) LOL.

At&t will unlock your HTC one, they unlocked mine. When you call go straight to technical support and ask them for the unlock code.

Since the HTC One is not exclusive to AT&T, that means no 6-8 month wait for unlock codes like with AT&T carrier exclusive phones. So basically as long as you have your account for at least 60-90 days and the account is in good standing, there really should be no reason for AT&T to deny providing the unlock code.

I already called att and they unlocked mine a week after i had it. Tell them your going over seas and you want more wireless options while your over there! Be nice about it and they even text me my code. Was pretty awesome.

This. If they try and sell me the international plan, I tell them that my work is providing me the SIM.
