Will ATT/VZW Unlocked LG G3 work in Japan? Please help me..

I have an unlocked ATT LG G3,

and my gf has an unlocked Verizon LG G3.

I am trying to buy the above sim card..will it work in Japan for both phones?

The 850 (AT&T) is missing band 19, but otherwise it has all of DoCoMo's LTE bands, so it's possible.

The 985 (Verizon) probably won't work. It doesn't have any band DoCoMo uses for LTE.
