Will factory resetting region lock my Phone again (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge- Saudi Arabia)

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from Saudi Arabia ,region locked / with a sticker on the box which reads "MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICA SIM CARD ONLY". I have made around 60 mins of total calls from the phone using my KSA sim card. Now my question is if I factory reset the phone will it region lock my phone again. It would be a great help if anyone could answer and share their experience.
