I don't understand the question fully. I have rooted twice now and reverted back to stock because I just never found rooting that incredibly useful, I know I know, I can hear the comments coming, but for me having stock was more important. When I am three or four android versions behind I will root again, but I see no reason why you couldn't root again, I have no experience with framaroot, so sorry for not really answering your question.
