Will i loose Unlock after wiping

I have a galaxy S7 Edge, unlocked with T-mobile via the "unlock device" app installed, which vanished after i unlocked it. I wiped the phone and the app was reinstalled, does this mean the phone is locked once more?

I have no means of testing as i only have a tmobile sim. Thanks for any help in advance.

Run the app again. It should tell you that it is unlocked.

Should i try this without any sim card inserted? Upon restarting the app is simply asks to choose Permanent unlock or Temporary.
I hope its not the case that the unlock is lost after a wipe. If decided to sell the phone and the new owner decides to wipe it, he/she will be very upset lol.

I would try it with the sim in it.
