Will I still get OTA updates with an unlocked bootloader?

I unlocked the bootloader on my TF700T. Will I still get OTA updates like Jelly Bean? Asus fine print for the unlock tool on their website (ASUS - Tablet- ASUS ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T) says I won't but their customer service/technical information is spotty.

If I won't get any OTA updates, could I still do a manual install of stock Jelly Bean?

You will not get ota updates. They usually post them on the web, but I am not sure if they will install with an unlocked boot loader.
