Will insurance give me the dinc again

When I dropped and cracked my screen I recieved the DINC2 through insurance as they stated they had no more INCs in stock. This looked to be NIB too.

Brother cracked his screen in NYC and they gave him a refurbed Dinc1 yesterday (assurion)

My friend had a cracked screen, assurion gave him a dinc2. i had a blown speaker, covered through verizon for free, and i got a refurb dinc1 (amoled though!)

Filed a claim today ...paid $50.00. My concern is that they list my phone as an AUDIOVOX Droid Incredible ???? Coming next day delivery (Tuesday) will let you know what I receive. Hoping for the Dinc 2.

Received my replacement phone as promised ...Original HTC Droid, refurb. Works great, already rooted and reprogrammed with all my stuff.
