Is there a method to the madness...............by continent? which continent and why that continent? tIme zones beginning with GMT? GMT backwards or forwards US west to east or east to west or north to south or south to north?

Cant wait to see how 4.4 runs on my N4.

I was talking to the Google CEO about this yesterday and he said it'll be done by market. Specifically, the markets that are most lucrative will see it first...down the the least lucrative.
