Will LG G5 work with a Straight Talk SIM card?

I read the forum on GS7 Straight Talk, but I want a G5. Does anyone know if the LG G5 will work on a Straight talk SIM card, but the phone is from Verizon or T-mobile?

If the SIM from Straight Talk is TMobile (Straight Talk is the network operator, not the carrier - you can specify the SIM you want) and the phone is TMobile, yes. Otherwise, probably not well if at all.

Same guy here, but with an account. What if the SIM is from Verizon and i get a SIM card from that?

You need a whole package from Straight Talk for Verizon or Sprint. Most of it's not needed with the newer phones, but you have to get it anyway. And make sure that Verizon covers every place you're going to use the phone. A dead spot inside your entire office building is nothing to them, but it renders the phone useless when you're at work.

i have a lg g5 from us cellular will it be able to be turned over to straight talk
