will my Galaxy s4 work with Samsung Gear s

Hi, i am getting a Samsung Gear S and i already have a galaxy s4. My galaxy s4 is from verizon but the watch is from at&t. But the watch is coming from Best Buy and i am not going to get the watch its own plan. I am going to be using Bluetooth. Will i be able to run the watch with everything or will the different carriers affect my ability to do so?

You will be fine although some features may not be available, e.g. compose new emails from watch depends on the firmware on your phone. The minimum supported phone is Galaxy S3.
