Will my Verizon S6 work internationally?

I'm getting ready to do some travel and normally I bring along an iphone for international service. This is my first go-round with a Verizon android device. I know it's unlocked for domestic use but will it work internationally as well?

All Verizon LTE devices are fully unlocked. It applies to both domestic and international use. You should have no problem getting it to work on another carrier. While travelling in Mexico, talk, text, and data worked fine with a sim I got from a Mexican carrier.
