Will Nexus 7 get Android 5.0 update with Android 4.3 installed?

Will nexus 7 get android 5.0 update with android 4.3 installed.

Hello Guyz
I am using Nexus 7 (2012) wifi version with android 4.3 running
plus at the same time i have updated version of android 4.4.2 downloaded and ready to install.(which i never want to install)

i am happy with android 4.3 but now it seems Nexus 7 is also getting Android - 5.0 Lollipop after 3 rd November so plz clear my query


Will i have to install 4.2.2 to get another update of android 4.4.4 and then i will receive android 5.0 update ???
or
i have to clear google services framework data in order to get latest update.?

You might have to go through each update, or you can flash the images through ADB once they become available.
