YEs, it's a collector piece, it will be worthy more than 1st generation iphone, coz it is so rare.

It is actually illegal to sell an item that is involved in a recall. Ebay definitely won't let you sell it there. Not to say there will be no possible way to ever sell it, but one would have to be extremely careful in who they are dealing with to avoid legal ramifications...

Do you guys literally follow every law ever made? Hahaa ... It's illegal to sell anything that has been recalled? My wife has a note 7 and hasn't gotten one notification about returning her phone... I've gotten 3

In order to prosecute THEY have to prove criminal intent... Anyway I've sold and bought open plenty of stuff on eBay that wasn't technically allowed

Note 7's are going for $1,500 and up on eBay right now... Even the empty Note7 boxes are on eBay for sale, some boxes include the unopened accessories..
The funniest part about it, is that the ugly At&t boxes are listed at a higher price

Whoever will buy it won't need it to use....most collectible items are not used. People do the weirdest things when they want something. Some will go to the extreme of driving to pick it up from the seller. Not sure if the Note 7 will get to that status. All I know is that people luv illegal/banned/recalled crap....
