Will Note 7 S Pen Fit & Work with Note 8?

I kept all my Note 7 s-pens and tips. I just wonder if you can swap out tips and will work as well?

Right on. Me as well. I've got 2 of them! It'll look good with my black Note 8 (especially with the gold clicker tip). I'm looking for a slim case that matches the coral blue of this pen.

I realize the Note 7 stylus fits the Note 8's silo and that you can write with it on the Note 8, however I wonder if it will completely support the S pen features (in particular the new ones). In other words could the innards be different?

A little off topic... I was going through Package Disabler Pro today on my S7Edge and I found some software disabled for the Spen. No way to enable it though. Bummer.

The Note 8 S-Pen has a smaller tip than the Note 7's, but yes, it is a Wacom digitized Pen so it will work flawlessly with the Note 8

I just saw the S pen in the package and thought it was odd.

Wondering if anyone else who received their N8 tried this. I did (have quite a few N7 pens between returned N7's and some spares, as well as extras from my N's 3, 4, and 5) and it fits perfectly (no other Notes are interchangeable). All tips are interchangeable between pens, but the older ones are thick and clunky compared to the N7 & N8's.

I had used some of the spare tips from my N7 in my N5. Also replaced my husb's N4's & my Mom's N3's. They both loved how they wrote compared to the thicker tips.

Anyhow, I was terrified to try this, but glad I did. Feels good to know I have a backup....or five!

Yep, same here. Although I knew the Note 7 S Pens would fit into the Note 8 solo I was more concerned about the new S pen Features of the Note 8 working with the Note 7 S Pen. So far so good!

Yes it's a perfect fit happy I didn't send mine back just don't forget it's not IP 68 water resistant

man I wish I would have kept our n7 s pens ...lol we did keep all four charges however ...but they are in storage
