Will Other Carriers Get Video Calling and Advanced Messaging like T-Mobile?

I just read T-Mobile's S6 & edges received an update that enables video calling and included advanced messaging. My question, can Sprint adopt this? Will other carriers include it in future updates? In other words, was this part of S6 edge plus and Note 5 and they are adding it to s6 & edge? I want these features.

ALSO, anyone with the update, can you shoot me screenshots of the advanced messaging? what is different about it? What is added? new emoji? we need a taco emoji before Crapple, come on guy!

Is it possible? Yes. Verizon already offers Video Calling for phones with "Advanced Calling" enabled. Personally I would say Sprint won't copy it right now since they're busy expanding their network as much as they can.

Each carrier have this option already, they just dont allow it to play well with each other. I have verizon and if i call another verizon customer i can hear the call in HD and do video calling. ATT can do the same, again it would need to be from two devices on the same carrier.
