Will S5 see Fat32 USB stick formatted on a PC?

Hi there,
Before buying a cable I'd like to know if my Galaxy S5 will be able to read and copy files from a USB stick that is formatted on my PC as Fat32?
Can some one please verify that this will work?

I don't have an S5, but it should work as long as you're using an OTG adapter.
