16gb vs 32 gb refers to the internal memory.

Even though I pre-ordered a 32 GB phone, I'll still add the 32 GB class 10 microSDHC card that's in my current phone.

While the SGS3 technically supports cards up to 64 GB, I'm not sure I'll ever need that much. Then again, that's what most people said when 3.5 inch floppy disks came out...

All my other devices only support up to 32GB SDHC. I won't be updating to 64GB SDXC until most of my other gadgets can play too.
