Will Stock Lollipop update?

I'm using Galaxy S5 Duos and I can't wait for OTA Lollipop update, it's like taking forever. I decided to update with Stock Android 5.0.
My question is, am I able to do OTA updates after I install stock Android or I'm not going to be able to do OTA ?

If it's the stock ROM for that model phone, it's the same as if you got the update over the air. If it's not the stock ROM for that phone, it may work, but you won't be able to install the update - it'll run for a while, then "fail".
