Will T-Mobile Nexus 6 ever get 6.0?

i just had to flash to tmobiles lyz28m because i just switched from sprint, 6.0 was waiting on me lol

Out of curiosity I checked Tmo support for the Marshmallow update to the 6 I bought new from Amazon. I'm on LMY48X, and I've gotten the security updates for the two months since buying the phone. Support's got a grid listing the schedule for updates and at the bottom is the "other" build category with a statement saying any other builds are not supported and they won't be issuing the update for those.

With the number of people buying unlocked phones on the open market, and the market share of the 6 with Tmo, is it possible I've been waiting weeks for nothing? I held out but now I'm more than aggravated.

Anyone else getting MMS failures after receiving the OTA? Not a single successfully MMS yet. Using stock messaging app and have tried a couple reboots. Even dumped the cache of messaging.

I also have a Nexus 6 bought from somewhere other than T-Mobile. I am on Android build LMY48X also. I use a T-Mobile sim too. Just yesterday I called google support and they actually said that my phone will be getting a update to marshmallow directly from Google. Unfortunately , they do not have a ota build LMY48X just yet.. I was informed that many Nexus 6 owners with this build have been calling... Also we can expect a update soon, but not yet.

What is the best site to visit to get downloads and instructions on how to sideboard Marshmallow.

Thanks, I can also confirm that t-mobile will not support this build(LMY48X) and that it will need to come directly from Google. No ETA yet from Google either so who knows maybe before Christmas. Amazing how they can have so many builds and support is not uniform across them all. Really pathetic if I must say.

I did cheat a little bit. I needed to do a wipe for a while. So I wiped the phone not once but twice and it showed up finally.

Nothing for me yet. Two months later and still waiting.

As much as I love Android customization this is why my next phone gasp might be a nope not getting that.

WTF!
I've been waiting patiently and I'm growing very tired of waiting. I live in the Philadelphia area. Any others in this area get it?

I wonder if illiterate people get the full effect of alphabet soup

Yes. First wipe didn't do anything but go through its setup routine. I then proceeded to wipe again and do the setup routine again. About halfway through installing all the apps the update showed up.

I have a nexus 6 bought from amazon on Straight Talk using a T-Mobile sim. Still no update.
