Will the lawsuit affect the releasing date like HTC EVO 4G LTE?

Title tells pretty much everything. I've read news about apple's banning samsung galaxy s3. So, is it gonna affect the releasing date just like HTC EVO 4G LTE was delayed? Or can they negotiate before it gets released?

We will know soon enough...it's all up to the judge. There's no way to be certain and anyone will just be speculating when trying to answer your question definitively.

Expect you gs3 in mid august from all american carriers. The judge is bought by apple

if this does get decided in apple's direction, ....I imagine it will be a bigger delay then the HTC was.

why? because HTC knew this was coming and had already changed the software...

samsung already has these packaged up...with no software change implemented...

this may be a huge mess
