Will the Nexus Prime be the Android flagship to compete iPhone5?

Ha! I've been referring to iOS as an app launcher for quite awhile now. If you own an iPad, Xoom, DROIDX, iTouch as I do then you have a reasonable perspective to draw that kind of conclusion. For phones, android will always be the way to go for me. Because there is so much I can take in all at once through widgets. A luxury that is absent with iOS. Love the iOS apps but no flash is a big no-no for me. Which is why I use the iPad and Xoom roughly the same amount of time.

Re: Will the Nexus Prime be the Android flagship to compete iPhon

It always comes down to the bigger number of likes of an OS as opposed to dislikes. I love Android, the customization, the browser, the look. However, my surround system is iPod ready, the stereo in my truck is ipod ready, my wife and I are getting an iPad 3 whenever it comes out as an anniversary present, and she rocks an iPhone4. All my media sources are surrounded by Apple. If Google had the "ecosystem" that Apple had the war between the two giants would be a much closer battle. I have been able for an upgrade since July and I'm anxious to see what the Prime, Vigor, and i5 bring to the table.

I can only think of one difference maker for the NP and only for ATT and verizon:

LTE for Att and Verizon (Iphone 5 may or may not have LTE... depends on which sources you believe)
Att has just launched their LTE network and with only the HTC puccini running on it... you could be looking at HUGE speeds at whoever is actully on the network. We do have to consider that it is only in a few cities now, but by ATT skipping out on the LTE version of the GS2 veriant, they HAVE to be looking for a flagship device to have on their 4g LTE network. Whether that is the iphone 5 or Nexus prime is yet to be found out. Heck it could even be both.

Im sure the Sprint variant will have wimax and tmobile will run on HSPA++ or whatever it is they are calling it, but the major difference to me will be LTE on ATT and verizon.. just my opinion...please dont bash me...:D
