Will there be a att bogo deal on the note 9?

So with the note 9 being released kind of soon and my siblings wanting it too, I was wondering if att would have a bogo deal for the note 9.

Those BOGO deals are kind of bogus to me. Almost all of them require a new line of service force the second line. I pretty much ignore them now.

Plus they actually force you into a 2 year contract with bill credits. I don't like that idea.
