No, since I don't play games. The only thing that would push me towards the ip6+ is if the n4 camera blurs with motion shots and has bad low light pictures compared to the ip 6+.

The 6+ camera is definitely no slouch but it doesn't change the fact it's an iPhone. The camera is one of the most important features to me which is why i actually entertained the 6+ for a short time but just from the best buy comparison I did, the note 4 was better but its hard to tell how it will do in low light. I fully expected to be awed by the camera on the S5, but my note 3 does way better than my wife's S5 in low light. We'll know in two weeks I guess. Has anyone found any note 4 low light camera tests?

The note is in a category all by it self. The multitasking and the spen features make having a phone that size practical. What's the purpose of the iPhone 6 plus that big and poor usage of the screen?. I see many iPhone owners now praising the larger screen, such hypocrites when many phones had this but it was an issue then. The iPhone is over hype and overrated.

It didn't change my mind either. Where the 6 plus excels in those benchmarks, due to the lower resolution, the Note 4 trumps it with screen clarity and, most important to me, functionality. After having the S pen so long I really can't imagine a phone without one, it's just so useful. For gaming, where Apple does have the lead, especially now with that Metal thing pulling more performance out of the A8, I use more traditional hardware...you know, an Xbox One and my PC. The little games that make sense on the small screen (I don't want to play a first person shooter on a phone) don't require that much 3d hardware power.

So, unless you're a hardcore mobile gamer, it's Note 4 all the way, because Apple still has the advantage in mobile gaming.

Yes, it does work both ways. But I expected more from the Android community, given that I continuously hear that they are so well-informed and brilliant, while the only people who would buy an iPhone are fools who don't know any better.

Just remember everyone that is skeptical, this was the Exynos processor, not the Snapdragon that we will see in the US. You can see the differences when you look at the S5 scores with the Snapdragon 801. The note 4 will have the Snapdragon 805 clocked higher.

Not me.

I can load any launcher on it to remove tw from being seen and if I had to choose between jailbreaking it and rooting with a custom rom I would take the later.

The Notes from the start have been great phones with lots of development on them. I don't think that is going to change anytime soon.

I wouldn't go as far to say that iPhone users aren't techy or care about freedom of their devices and OS, some people just enjoy the platform and the phone and it works for them. Those that DO care definitely hold out for jail breaks as it does allow iOS to be customized and controlled by the user quite a bit. To the extent of Android? Not quite, but who knows maybe it's possible and I just didn't take it that far with my jail broken iPhone.

The 6+ is still a good phone! obviously not as powerful as some competitors but it still has it's strong points.

There may be those who switched from Android to Apple and would love to come back, but rather would use the iOS interface on the 6+ over the Notes TouchWiz or other third party launchers.

Ultimately yes there are those that have the iPhone just to have the latest and greatest iPhone to show off, those who have the device because it works for them and does what they need and maybe has some apps/etc not available on Android, and those on Android regardless of the device it's running on because that's simply what they prefer. I'm a recent convert, and I appreciate both OS's equally. There's things I truly enjoy on my old iPhone but there's lots I don't miss, and even more I'm finding in appreciate on my S5.

Be a sheep, don't be a sheep. Use what you like or works best for your needs and be happy

Launchers do not fix the presence of TouchWiz. They simply hide some of it.

I really do not care about the developer scene anymore. I don't even bother to root my phone anymore. If I had a TouchWiz phone, I'd have to do that plus install a ROM just to have an experience that I could deal with.

Never said get rid of it but to hide it. Launchers dialers keyboards take care of the majority of it for me and I wouldn't have to run a custom rom on it to enjoy it since I can change most everything on it pretty easily. Rooting it or just disabling the bloat kills what really dogs it down now.
