Will this router work with Galaxy S4

I have a laptop and a 3g dongle, now I want to use my 3g dongle as internet for my S4 (Data not cheap in south Africa for mobile phones.) so wil this router "Huawei D100 3g / wifi router" work with my S4 Wi-Fi, so that I can use the data of the 3G dongle.
I need to know, because I want to buy this router if it will work.

From what I understand, that device is capable of creating a wifi hotspot that can support up to 4 users (or devices), so your S4 would have no problem connecting to it. The speed you'll get is another story and that would depend on signal strength at your location.
