Will VZW get the Xperia Z2?

I don't know why, but they are always late when it comes to getting phones. If they decide to get the Z2 (or reach some sort of agreement with Sony), they'll probably put Verizon logos all over the phone like they usually do. Cross your fingers!

Biggest question is will Sony mess around with CDMA bands? My guess would be no.

I think Sony, like several other OEM, stick to gsm bands. Keeps production a little easier.

From a SlimKat Tab 2....perhaps not far from you

The stats on the Sony website show it is indeed a GSM phone and not a CDMA phone. Based on the LTE channels it can tune, channels 4 & 17, it seems it will work on AT&T since that's what AT&T uses for their LTE. I'm also assuming it would work on T-Mobile if you have them.
