And if you notice, the new NE2 deal with Verizon strictly states that it only affects 2 year contracts, and not those on one year or month to month deals.

Lol. I thought I got it on launch but guess I was a year late . Im going to one year contracts on my lines from now on.

For what it's worth, it's only $70 extra over the NE2 price for any phone with Verizon if you go for a one year contract. That's well worth it for those that want the newest phone all the time and want to not pay full retail for it. Additionally, I'm pretty sure you can upgrade after 10 months on contract.

I'm thinking about going to one year contracts cause I have a feeling VZ won't be updating/fixing bugs for the whole two years you own the phone.
