Will you be upgrading your Evo LTE for the HTC One?

kbp08tls its hard for EVO LTE owners to get super excited about the ONE because the EVO LTE is such a great phone, great screen but more importantly great build quality and materials.
NOW if someone has an EVO 3D, or a Samsung GS2 or GS3 or another device with a plastic frame then its a night and day difference.
When i was on Sprint i had a GS2 and EVO 3D, then GS3 and EVO LTE. I always loved the feel and look of the EVO LTE.
Now that im on TMO ive gone from a GS2, to One S, to One X to One X+ to GS3, to Nexus 4 and now Note 2. I love the note 2 size and performance but the black One will be my next phone. It will remind me of my EVO LTE..

Can someone who is NOT eligible upgrade to the HTC ONE on sprint for the 549$ price they list? I see that price, but then when I add it to the cart it says 649$?
