Will Z3 dual sim work on att?

Will the dual sim version of the Z3 work on ATT? I'm assuming a dual sim device would allow me to have two different numbers that will be answered by the same phone so I could have a work number and a personal number on the same phone?

It should work with AT&T. I ordered the Dual SIM myself so I can use it with AT&T and FIdo.
