I need to win because I'm the guy that likes to stay on the bleeding edge of (certain) tech. I drool and long for the day where I can get two octocore processors in a midrange device. That'll be the day. Its coming sooner rather later at this point haha.

Seriously, when I had my Palm Pre Minus, I was constantly laughed at by my iOS friends who thought I was crazy for wanting a quad core running webOS because it needed. You all remember how slow that phone was. Also, I hate to admit it, but my current phone has some lag in it from time to time. I've loaded it up and put it through enough stress by throwing things at. It can handle a lot, but I'm sure the snapdragon 800 can handle all of my current needs without any occasional lag.

I would like to see what the latest Snapdragon brings to a tablet after enjoying the past 6 months on my LG Optimus G. My nexus 7 is slow and laggy compared to my phone.

Gotta say speed increases are always welcome. However, the best thing will be better battery management.

Why you're looking forward to seeing Snapdragon 800 in phones and tablets this year.
"Because is the best processor out there, and we always want the best".

Qualcomm's Snapdragon has been killing it in the mobile industry! Phones keep getting faster, and we're finally seeing some good battery life, especially with devices using a Qualcomm chip! I want to be a part of the next wave of powerful devices, develop on them, and experience the future.

Would love to win this, have always been a fan and had snapdragon processors in many of my phones, no complaints.

I want one just to see what it can do. I'm sure it can do quite a lot. 800 for the N5 please!

With the newest Snapdragon processors I will enjoy even better battery life all while having a device that doesn't skip a beat.

Thanks Qualcomm and AndroidCentral!!

I want to see the point where ARM-based mobile devices become powerful enough to serve as general-purpose computing devices for the average person...and I suspect this SoC might mark that point.

800 is a bigger number. Bigger numbers are exciting. Actually putting work into the new series and adding features is just sloppy tasty gravy.

Being a huge fan of Snapdragon altogether, I would love to get their latest and greatest!

I want the ability to seamlessly do all of my activities without ever having to think about it. With no lag or stutter, there's no time to complain.
