I just retired my Samsung Galaxy Note 1 only to realize how much i miss that screen size and the ability to use the stylus. Also for the Christmas it would be nice to have a new device to work with. Lastly it would be great to shout "I won" at the office Christmas party

What better way to end the year than with one of two awesome Tegra 4 devices?

Nvidia knows how to make mobile processors. The benchmarks tell part of the story, but using a device like the Tegra Note or the Shield tells the rest. Vanilla Android, fast as heck, and games that rival full consoles for eye-candy and effects. The Shield takes the gaming bit a step further with a fully integrated, top-notch gamepad built into the unit, and the Note comes in with some killer camera features and excellent software and hardware integration for natural stylus input. These two are innovative, and the kind of device we love to see.

We've partnered with Nvidia and are giving away three Shields and three Tegra Notes to some lucky AC members. Winning one is easy ? leave a comment in this thread saying how much you would like to have one. We'll pick six winners on December 24 and Nvidia will ship out some goodies.

I would LOVE. To have the shield! I've had my eyes set on it for a very long time. Long live the people who buy these devices to give them away! The note would be OK, but I really want the Shield. Thanks for the chance AC and Jerry!

I already own a Tegra Note, what I really want is a Shield. I'm a PC Gamer with a GTX 770 already on my PC, a Shield would be a great companion for it!

Oh man.. a tablet.. I would love that. I know the Football season is almost done, but I could watch Sunday Ticket on a tablet! Turns out two little girls don't like football and they get to use the TV with the satellite box. :-(
The Shield, I still think Mario 3 is the best game ever, so if I can't play that I know 6 nephews and 2 nieces who would play the heck out of it.
