I'm looking forward to all of the things that VR can be used for other than what's obvious. One idea would be to use VR for exposure therapy where someone could get used to situations they are normally uncomfortable in without actually being in danger (spiders, heights, planes, etc.).

what excites me about VR is that I haven't experienced it yet and that these products will undoubtedly produce a fun unique experience when used together.

I think virtual reality could be amazing in the future. I'm looking forward to some kind of VR contacts, kinda like in Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. The possibilities are endless. You could watch your son's baseball game while on a business trip, or put yourself right in the middle of the game with Madden 2k35. As for the smartphone part (I'm not sure if they meant phones and VR as one thing or two categories, so I'll cover both), I think we've almost hit the pinnacle. Wireless charging being a norm is going to be cool, and NFC could really take off as well. Displays and battery keep getting better, and I hope they continue to do that. The future is gonna be really cool, and I can't wait to see what it holds.
