I'm excited for the science integrations, especially things like being and to look around in 3D at things like Mars.

As part of the education sector, I feel excited about virtual reality (VR) because of the sheer potential that it can cater to the learning experiences of both students and teachers in schools. As smartphones are becoming a basic tool for most people, this can give wider access to the wonders of VR. I can see how VR can be an integral part of one's learning by providing an immersive and captivating environment for students to actually experience what they are reading and hearing about in class -- students can be immersed in the structure of a cell, look closer at the details of a country's map, and create solid and enticing 3D models for projects, among others. While these things have been done without the aid of VR, it is without a doubt that VR can enhance the learning experiences of students by heightening their senses to details that only technology can bring. I am excited how VR can be more popularized soon in this area in order to help shape our future's minds through education along with the aid of these kinds of technology.

Google cardboard experience is pretty interesting, but I think Augmented Reality has a lot to offer as well. On a smartphone with a camera, you can easily see the possibility of stepping into AR. And being able to easily switch between VR and AR. That's exciting.

Some killer portable vr gaming would be awesome. Imagine how car sick you could get if you were a passenger in a car on a winding road, and had the vr goggles going with some 3d gaming going on... talk about a disconnect between what your body feels and what your eyes see.

The most exciting thing about this contest is the ability to win Sprint LG "PLASTIC".
Certain plastic just feels right.

Well - it will be interesting to finally get a chance to see what all the fuss is about. I've been reading articles on VR for what seems like the last 20 years, time to let me play. :)

Gaming I suppose is the obvious one but virtual exploration sounds fun too. And hopefully being surprised by some cool things I haven't actually thought of yet....

I would love to win one of these for my wife. I love the idea that great VR can come in such a small package.

I'm just a gadget geek, and this looks really cool! Love to see where it goes going forward!

Virtual reality will be a huge step in terms of medical practices. Doctors will have an opportunity to better treat their patients because of the ability to practice using virtual reality , as well as the opportunities for surgery are endless.Researchers will also be able to utilize the technology in their investigations. This is a great time for science and technology!
