I would like to show amazing sights to my kids! Virtual tours of the world.

I hope that I get one of the T-Mo ones since the Sprint ones aren't likely to work in Canada (no sign of US only in the rules but ...)

When we get to the point that movies and TV are produced to be fully encompasing, that is what I'm excited for! The videos that come with the Moto X and Google Cardboard are already fantastic in a spinning chair!

What excites me most about VR and smart devices is being able to use it. I would love to actually experience VR and see what its like. the nearest samsung experience for me is over 3 hours away and I've never gotten a chance to really play with it and see just how awesome it can be. So experiencing it and showing it to all my friends would be my ultimate wish list! Oh and if we get a choice, I'd like to request the Tmo one as I dont have any other carriers and I would think it would be most compatible with Tmo :)

VR for use with a smart phone would be awesome! I'm excited by the advance in technology that makes this possible. This can lead to some real-world applications to help people in many different ways. And the games are cool, too.

Watching a movie right in front of your eyes, having a cinema-like experience while sitting in your bed is something I've always wanted, especially with a screen like the G3's

I'm excited to be able to "escape reality" and feel like I'm in another place without having to travel.

What excites me the most with virtual reality is then there is no need to worry about the outside world. your smartphone already connects you to everything else why not a virtual reality.

What excites me the most about VR is the endless possibilities for future development. Being in the Field of Medicine, I feel VR can help vastly when it comes to surgical training or conducting procedures remotely for those in dire need ...

It'd be nice toying around with it, whole new level of playing games.. and it might be interesting from a developer point of view.
also, the phone would be a great replacement of my windows phone, which I bought after losing my moto x..

The idea of being able to use a smartphone as a VR device to allow for more immersive remote training for some hands-on jobs is absolutely thrilling to me!
