I've had a Droid X for a roughly one year, it was my first smartphone and I loved it. Immediately I became an Android fanboy and new I would continue to purchase them every two years.
Fast forward one year. As I walked towards a movie theater to see Super 8 my phone vibrated. A text from a friend, which made me remember to turn off my phone. (I hate those people whose phones go off in the movies). I turned off the device and slipped it into my shorts pockets. Suddenly the phone smashed onto the hard concrete. WTF? Turns out, without my knowledge a small hole was building in the lining of my pocket and at this very moment it stretched just enough for my poor Droid X to slip through.
While the device still works it does have a few downfalls. Using the phone results in tiny pieces of glass being lodged into my fingers, the phone locks up and freezes constantly, and the battery has for some odd reason been shot.
To make matters worse I purchased the Droid X accessory kit when Verizon had that great deal a month or two ago.
