The screen used to work, but the back LCD was broken even though there was barely a hint of a scratch. Keys in pocket, bad.

Moto Razr... I had donated this phone for a crisis hotline, but it finally bit the bullet.

My old MyTouch 3G. Sadly bricked 2 weeks after buying it. *sniff sniff*. Also, the back of it has been utterly destroyed by a certain tire on my father's car.

release day iphone 3gs 16gb has been dropped on every surface i can think of takes a couple of tries to unlock touch screen is messing up sorry had to use webcam my point and shoot got stolen :(

My old busted HTC Touch Pro 2... the last of the WinMo 6.5 dying breed! With a cracked screen and a rear cover that has been burned by its own bad thermal tendencies...

My enV2 fell out of my pocket, then got ran over by a car. And my phone that replaced it can't make or receive phone calls. I need a new phone!

Let's face it, there are a lot of you out there with the original Motorola Droid, and it's probably starting to look a little haggard. Tell you what: We're going to give one lucky person our (mostly) brand new Motorola Droid 3. And being the benevolent bloggers that we be, let's sweeten the deal. Here's what we'll do:

  • One lucky person will will our Motorola Droid 3. (You'll be on your own for Verizon's service, though.) And we'll throw in $50 worth of accessories from the Android Central Store, too.
  • One other lucky person's gonna get a $50 store certificate, plus a free Android Central T-shirt.
  • And three more of you will win Android Central T-shirts.
What do you have to do to win? Take a picture of your old and busted phone. Doesn't have to be a Motorola Droid. Could be any smartphone. Or, hell, a feature phone. So long as it's old and busted. (But don't go dragging your RAZR through the streets, ya dig?)

The post your pic in this thread.

We'll pick the winners at 5 p.m. EST Aug. 5, and announce 'em on the blog.

It's a U.S. phone, of course, but we can ship T-shirts to a number of countries, so those of you outside the U.S. won't be left out. Now take your pics, and post 'em here! Good luck!
Fell into a pool with my Droid X in hand, it almost survived but alas, she is but a shiny paperweight now :( touchscreen worked, LCD didn't, then an attempt to disassemble and reassemble killed it. The battery ballooned up, too bad I threw it away n couldn't get a pic. Note the blood-red water damage indicator, lack of battery pull tab, lack of screw covers at top and bottom on front, and scratches all over xP the camera shutter was stuck closed tll I accidentally dropped it. Happened the day everyone else got the GB update, lucky I was in the SOAK group haha.

Here is my old faithful "reserve phone", a Nokia 6233. It's got some scars, but it seems almost new even if it's done some really bad falls in the last 6 years since I bought it. It kinda works, meaning that the "3" key is half broken and has to be pushed really hard, the camera "glass" is scratched to the point of no utility, the battery cover is broken and slides away every time (I even tried some homemade repair, as you can see, but no luck with that either).

I had a Nokia N95, that was really devastated. It was such in a bad shape I had to throw it away. Its keys were all worn out, so that the numbers and letters went away, the MicroSD slot lost its cap, the battery cover was held in place by tape, and the color was worn out on almost every angle of the phone. Plus, it didn't even work anymore, meaning it dropped calls, missed texts, etc.
