Window transition speed

Are there any the apps that are similar ? I haven't noticed anything like this before.

Not an app, but the System UI tuner can't be enabled if you have the animations off.

Here's the interesting thing about what you said though. That's how my phone is currently setup. Check out my screen shots attached.

Was the UI tuner enabled before setting the animations off? The problem is if you try to enable the tuner when they are off (the spinning cog doesn't work). It's fine if you switch animations off after being enabled.

Well actually yes the system UI tuner was enabled well before I turned off all window transition animations.

I find myself going back to the .5x or the 1x speed because even though no animations makes the phone seem faster, the OS just doesn't feel as smooth to Me for some reason.

Yes I kind of agree. It makes it look janky at times. I still leave them off for now. However I might go back to .5x

Yeah, I've gone back to .5x which is still plenty fast enough for me while still continuing to be smooth.
