Windows 10 - Can't get usb to read as a com port?!? Need help!

I decided to replace my old laptop with the tablet - but I only use it in my car for connecting to the car ECU. I connect to it via USB but I the tablet doesn't recognize the car ECU because it's not setup as a COM port in the system.

How can I install some type of USB driver to have COM1 show up as an adapter?

Does this make sense to anyone...or did I butcher this post? Lol.

I'm clueless which will be the solution. But check it out these tools offered
