Wrong hardware for Windows x86 software.
Maybe a build of Windows 8 RT, like on the surface tablet, as that is setup for ARM based processors like the Tegra. Standard versions of Windows only run on x86 or x64 processors. The newer atom processors from Intel can run a full Windows OS as they are based on one of these. The Microsoft surface pro will utilize the atom and will run Windows 8 pro.
Vizio has a new tablet that they announced today at CES that is running full Windows 8 on a AMD processor.
I don't know if a full version of Windows can be recompiled to run on ARM hardware. That would be a discussion never had on xdadevelopers.com
