Wipe Cache Partition?

Since updating to one UI, I can no longer access recovery to wipe Cache Partition. Holding down, bixby, power and up volume only restarts phone over and over?? Anyone else? Note 9 att.

Because you're doing it wrong. It's just 3 buttons. Vol up, bixby, and power.

I havent had this issue. I always power off and once powered off then I press and keep all 3 of those buttons held in until I get the blue screen. That doesn't work for you at all?

I'm on Att and can get into recovery
Now when you try to go in recovery , you select restart the device and as it powers off before it goes back on the screen your holding power,vol up,bixy same time and not releasing until you get to that blue Android menu , as sometimes you may think your holding all 3 buttons but are not just to make sure double check .

The way you wrote it with the comma after down, it made me think you were also pressing volume down.

Oh. Lol. Yeah I'm confident I'm doing it the right way. I'll prolly do a factory reset anyway, I normally do after major upgrade. Thanks all!
